Does anyone else feel like the 'OLD' flair is inherently ageist?
It seems pretty messed up how once you age out of the target demographic of this subreddit, you have to put on the 'OLD' flair - all caps, like you're some anomaly. And the worst part, 20-year-olds are not old at all - they are very much babies.
'Old' just has a quite negative connotation. I hate when people call me old, I feel like it really dehumanizes us and makes us feel inadequate and not up with the times. Why can't the flair just be a neutral term like "Adult," why do they have to specifically call out my aging?
Does anyone else feel this way?
