I need help.

I posted here once before under another post, but I digress. I’ve been put on administrative leave for apparently reaching out to a student. Come to find out I had an old ig account I just abandoned and it was compromised. I’ve proven this to hr but still nervous. Yes I have contacted my rep and a lawyer but honestly I think this may be my reason to leave the profession. I just could use a community to talk to, been losing weight, depressive thoughts and anxiety that has hospitalized myself.
