Help. How do i make zcode stop runjing terminal commands.

For the task im using zcode for, I don't need it to run any shell commands. It would work fine just reading and writing files. Is there any way to disable this? If not is there any other harness that does have an option (like opencode etc) i don't understand any of these commands it's asking to run and I don't wanna risk it corrupting any files on my pc.
