Reflux tips and burping techniques? Pls share

My girl is a week old. She’s my second and I’ve totally forgotten newborn stage reflux and how to burp her properly. I’ve been feeling so bad seeing milk come up and out of her nose…that’s normal right? Lol

Also I have one of those inclined reflux pillows, are those really safe for newborns to lounge in after feedings?
