has anyone else had this?

when i first got my mantis, i was so excite, he was my favorite thing for about a month, but as time went on, it seems like ive lost appreciation. but i don’t understand why, i really do appretiate my mantis. like if he crawls up my arm while im trying to fix somthing in his cage i dont laugh and think how cute it is, i just get irritated. why is this. i really love my mantis😢
