Showerhead Enema Anxiety/Help
Just tried a showerhead enema for the first time, and I’m a little worried.
I put the pressure as low as it could go. I wasn’t a fan of the sensation, so I ended up stopping after around 15-20 seconds. I immediately jumped on the toilet and tried to get rid of what was inside of me. I’ve been sitting here for a solid 30-40 minutes, because it not only filled my insides but it also cleaned them out lol.
I’m not in any kind of pain. I had mild cramps. I have a few questions that are circling my brain at the moment.
My anxiety right now is about water intoxication. Is this something I should be afraid of?
How do I know I’ve gotten all of the water out of me? (I ask because as I was… expelling… there was still little bits of water coming out with my waste. Is this normal?)
Should I expect to get sick or vomit?
Thank you to whoever takes the time to respond to this. I am definitely sticking to air from here on out.
