Looking for a very specific rpg

So tldr I played a rpg game for xbox 360 years ago when I was younger and have been trying to find it but im super limited to details so sorry in advance. The only scene that I can explain is your in a crystallized looking room and your finding out that your friend (maybe brother don't remember) is evil and you have to fight him but this is where it gets foggy cause I feel like the main protagonist dies but 100% on that. I know It's not much to work with and probably described multiple but I'm out of ideas and figure I'd ask here.
