DDR4 or DDR5?

I’m building a pc on a tight budget with these specs and i’m not entirely sure on whether i should buy a DDR4 32gb 3200(250-300$)or a DDR5 32gb 5600(700$+).

(I would also be using my pc for 3D rendering in 3Dmax and other things)

Gpu:5060 (might change to a 5070 in the future)
Cpu: i5 14600K(or KF)
AIO:deepcool LE720(open to anything 360mm)
SSD: haven’t picked that up yet
MB: asus prime B760 PLUS
PSU: 750W

And also, i’ve heard some problems with the intel 13th and 14th CPUs, does that also include the 14600K? And did they fix the problem?
