Whats crazy in Nepal is- A Disaster Response User App or System is still lacking in Nepal.

Despite the rural, infrastructure and technical challenges existing in the country, we as a nation, citizen still dont have a proper app, system or channel that everyone citizen, tourists, travellers can use in our country. How many more year do we still have to go through this unstructured way of doing things?
Disasters cannot be avoided, but we can definitely structure a channel or medium as to how to react and respond to it.
