Desperate for relief- 9 months post op

Hi all- I’m just seeing if anyone could give me insight on the “normal” pain/ bleeding others experience with endo. Since my surgery in December I’ve bled 72% of the year (did the math) and it’s not just small amounts… I bleed through a disc that holds 2oz 3x daily

The bleeding worsened after my excision surgery in Dec 2025. I thought it was the kyleena and now I’m month 3 of the mini pill and the amount of bleeding is the same now. My doctor approved fmla bc I miss so much work due to my pain. I’ve been to the ER once for large clots and the doctor gave me torodal and discharged me (I have that med at home).

I’m getting a second opinion in November and paying hundreds as it’s out of network but I can’t live like this any longer.

Could it be something more serious I’m overlooking? I’ve followed with my surgeon 3x and gyn 2x in the last year. I had an ultrasound months ago and it was normal. I’m in so much medical debt, tired, and sick of living like this.
