Neuropsychological Testing???

Diagnosis

After my ADHD Evaluation, I was told to go get a Neuropsychological Test done but it’s really freaking me out.

For context, I don’t have any issues with hyperactivity at all. Everything I’m struggling with is in my head: procrastination, organization, forgetfulness, paying attention, etc… I’m scared that when I’m in a quiet testing room and feel pressured to focus, my normal symptoms won’t be visible. Like being in that setting will activate my brain? Or that I’ll be able to see through the test to find the “ADHD answer” and the ”normal” answer, so the results won’t be realistic.

How comprehensive is Neuropsychological Testing? Will they really be able to catch my ADHD symptoms? What am I supposed to expect during the testing?
