What even is the difference between both. What are the rules surrounding them. Cause I hear you can call work and say you are sick at the same time someone else can get an investigation for it, what would be the proof if it’s something enough for you to not leave the house but not enough for you to get a doctors note, and what is considered suspicious or too much
