ISO 1 bed or Studio Apartment

Hi!! My wife and I are ISO 1 bed apartment/studio unit to start the lease. Our max budget is $2500. Location Manhattan or probably UES because we work nearby there. Our target date to move in is on end of September or maybe Mid-week of September.
