Almost 40-pound Chow Chow ate fabric from stuffed animal's leg.

My girl is about a 40 pound Chow. Yesterday afternoon she ate the leg of a small stuffed animal. About an inch long and half an inch wide. Been acting fine since: energetic and alert. No signs of discomfort. Eating and drinking water fine- peeing fine as well. No vomiting. And yet...she hasn't pooped since she ate the part of the stuffie. Will very likely take her into the vet tomorrow but wondering if I should go into emergency care right now instead? This was about 32 hours ago again.
