Growing mentor?

I want to learn how to grow my own flower. This year was my first year trying, I had two runs, both of them outdoors. The first run I just kind of went into it blind and tried to learn on the fly. It didn't turn out great, I think I harvested too early, and the plant wasn't doing well. During that time I tried to read and prepare as much as possible, but there's so much conflicting information and it all truly feels overwhelming

My second batch I went with bigger pots, better genetics I thought, it's coming out worse. The yield will be so low, and it's not going to be very good at all; I can tell already.

I want to get good at this. I enjoy it, I like the idea of growing seeds in and find in the dispensaries. I was so excited for my LSD-25, and I'm lucky if I'll get half an ounce of it.

Is there anyway I can find a mentor? Specifically for outdoor grow? I can only grow outside, it's due to my living situation. I feel like I kind of need someone to walk me through the process and help me over the course of a couple of grows.

I guess it's also an attempt to cultivate a friendship over a shared interest.
