What are some ways I can hold back my foreskin without using cock rings or anything that can cut off circulation and simply just hold the skin back? I tried using hair bands but the one I got were too big and if I double wrapped it, it was too tight. And second question is how long should I leave my foreskin retracted as someone who recently was able to retract my foreskin and the ring inside the foreskin is still a bit tight but enough that I can retract and cover the head and it glides good
