EMERGENCY HELP

so i start school on the 14th of september but just as my luck has it im pretty sure my appendix just burst and im pretty sure im going to need surgery i know its like 2 weeks from now but i doubt im going to be able to attend my first week what do i genuinely do in this situation please help
