seller hasnt shipped

hi guys so i bought a coach bag for 101 dollars, paid through ping, but seller never put the price of shipping. i emailed a day after, requesting her bank account, she said it was 16 dollars so i paid but its been a whole six days and she hasn't answered - do i wait longer or just request a refund ... she has 200 good reviews and only 2 bad ones . thank you
