is EB Games/Gamspot a good place to buy a refurbished PS5?

The everyone, I'm looking to buy a used PS5 (any of the basic disc models) but seems options are very limited.

ebay "deals" are around $600 CAD, out of stock on MTC and FB Marketplaces is a bit scary for this endevour.

Is EB Games a good place to get one? and what price should be fair?

Thanks!
