Headache and weakness 2 weeks after iron infusion
27f, 5'6, 109lb, white, US, never drank or smoked or do other drugs. i'm taking vit d3 5,000iu + 100k2, 240mg magnesium glycinate, 1,000mcg cyanocobalamin injections eod, folic acid 1,200mcg, b complex, 100 k1. I was taking a multi from the 4th to the 32st.
currently suffering from headache not eased by tylenol after an infusion. had it since the 14th and i feel it from the time i wake up till i go to bed. It's only eased a bit by hot showers, i cant take ibuprofen due to gastritis.
I've been dealing with all kinds of vitamin deficiencies this year like (almost) a, b12, d, k1, and iron. I got venofer 200mg 5x, but this 5th one made me have diarrhea after and then the next day i got this headache. The next day I also got intense insomnia with me randomly falling asleep and then also having nightmares that wake me up 3 hours after i went to bed. I feel pressure all over my head, with my ears hurting a bit, and my temples hurt the most, but im not sure if thats palpitations. Then, from the 22nd till now ive been having diarrhea every day. I somehow feel like i lost all progress supplementing vit d and i feel very weak muscularly now.
My pcp did an ekg and tested potassium (cmp), phosphate, and magnesium, but those were all good, and she said i should tyr and get sibo test from gi. What could my problem be..? I paused most of my vitamins out of fear it was that.
