Transitioning from pumping to BF a preemie?

Hi all! I’m the mom of a 32 week preemie, who’s out of the NICU, doing great, and just hit 8 lbs at 40 weeks adjusted. Since she was too little to breastfeed when she was born, I’ve been pumping this whole time. It’s going well (she only drinks my milk) but it’s obviously a bit of a pain in the butt, and I’m hoping to transition to EBF as soon as possible. She has a great latch and we nurse a little every day (she seems to like it!), but at a recent lactation consult they weighed her before and after and she just isn’t drinking efficiently enough to start transitioning to more nursing sessions. Has anyone successfully transitioned a preemie to EBF and what did that look like? Any tips, advice, or encouragement welcome!
