anal fissure i’m not sure what to do

It’s currently 8pm and at around 7:30 am this morning i noticed alot of light red blood in my stool. I have had these aches in my lower abdomin for a while that just signals i’m about to have a hard poop. But when i do i have cold sweats and chills and it takes awhile to get passed due to the pain my lower abdomin is in.

I am 100% sure i tore open the inside of my butthole, i haven’t eaten anything today because ive been incredibly scared to poop. But my stomach still makes that feeling that i need to poop, so i try and it’s just more little spurts of blood.

I’m only 19 and don’t know what to do. The doctor is honestly not being as helpful.
