Is this normal? Job was advertised as full-time but schedule is 24 hrs/week.

It was posted as full-time on indeed. I was asked in the interview if I was sure that I was available 40 hours per week. My onboarding paperwork said full-time. The schedule is only 24hrs/week.

Edit: forgot to specify this is a hotel front desk position.
