Help updating the firmware in my Pam’s New Workout

I saw that my recently purchased PNW firmware is old and doesn’t have the quantization option. I’m brand new to the Mac world and have absolutely no idea what I’m doing. I’ve looked up about as much as I possibly can and have hit a wall.

Any kind souls out there that wouldn’t mind guiding a computer illiterate person like myself with getting this thing updated?
