Need a game that I can play and have fun on for hours and hours

Honestly starting to fall out of gaming recently. Haven't really had anything on my mind to play and I used to pump hours and hours into Fifa every year but that game has gone completely to trash to the point where I don't even want to boot it up anymore. What is something I could play that I could put tons of hours into and have fun doing? I want something intuitive and rewarding
