Should I save my primos or pull for Mitya?

I've been trying to save primos since 6.7 after getting Sandrone by mistake.

I figured out I could get eight 5 star characters per region (including loosing my 50/50). So I decided to save 6 of those 8 tries for Pantalone and Dottore + their weapons.

Leaving 2 tries i thought I should get Odette as a general stellar support for my Mitya.

I lost to Qiqi but since she's also great for stellar ig it's okay.

Now honestly I'm scared I won't have enough pulls saved for those two/ will need the Tsaritsa for the two/I wanted to get nuevillette when he reruns in 7.3. but I only have one try remaining. Nuevillette won't come for another year I'm guessing but Mitya will get a rerun in later patches.

Should I,

1: don't pull for Mitya out nuvi and save my wishes

2: get Mitya and skip nuvi

3: get Mitya and try for nuvi

4: get nuvi and pull Mitya on a rerun

I can't get the thought out of my head so I need other peoples opinions on the matter
