AC Compressor, Clutch, and Coil replacement Cost?

My 2018 HR-V's AC is not working blowing warm air.

A Honda dealer (Southern CA) quoted me $3,600 to replace the compressor, clutch, and coil.

A request for a goodwill adjustment bumped the repair cost down to $2,300.

Am I STILL getting hosed on the repair?

For those who had similar AC issues, what was your AC repair costs?
