Looking for an episode i watched on hungama

there was an shinchan episode where a new kid in his school, whose chin was butt shaped like cleft chin, and later it turns out he is one year younger than them like one class younger (in the end of the episode)

i watched it in hindi on hungama tv as much as i can remember, and it wasn't very old, looked like sort of newer episodes, with old dub ofcourse.

i searched everywhere, even ran ai to run an extensive internet search, but couldn't find it.

it'll mean a lot if there's anyone who can give me slightest of the slightest hints
