Feeling lost…

Things are rough right now, I feel like my dynamic with my Dom is falling apart and the distance between us is constantly growing. It seems like life is constantly getting in the way. There are so many things going on, I don’t know how to handle it. I don’t know who to talk to because no one in my personal life is a part of this community.I don’t know what to even do. All I do is cry, I am very dysregulated. And I feel extremely alone.
