Hiding little clay pokemon in park logistics

id like to make some tiny phone charm sized starter pokemon and put them in parks for children to find but I’m worried about how it’ll be a hazard to small children and animals, is there any way for me to do this like anonymous give children a starter they can carry around everywhere for funsies thing without it being really unsafe?
