Is there any good scarce loot mod for 2.0?

Is there any good mod that makes loot actually scarce without completely overhauling the rest of the game?

I'm playing with Economy set to Depletion, and after around 12 hours I already have 92 medkits. That's really not my idea of an apocalyptic Zone lol.

I'd love something that significantly reduces medkits, bandages, food, ammo, etc., while keeping the rest of the game mostly vanilla.
