GLP & spiritual connection

Has anyone who has previously sat with the medicine and developed a strong spiritual connection or deepened their spiritual beliefs later started taking a GLP-1 and felt like that connection became muted or cut off?

Alternatively , has anyone taken a GLP-1 and felt that it had no effect on that part of your life? And/or did you take while continuing to sit with Aya?
