How to get over your ex

We had a very great relationship in India then she had to go to us for masters and then only after one week she suddenly couldn't handle the long distance relationship but she was the only one who convinced me that LDR is worth fighting for.

Now she chose to break up with me but when I said this would be our last call she was like can't we atleast be friends until you come to USA for job I was like no we can't.

And that night she made out with another guy who was her so called "friend" i never had any problem with her friends but now I do in literally within 12 hrs she could make out with someone else that just broke me

And when I confronted her about this she said that we are broken up now you can't decide what I should do and because you didn't do it my way(being friends) that's why you shouldn't care what I do afterwards

Now I am literally not being able to sleep i constantly think was i so bad did our relationship meant nothing to her

Whenever I close my eyes I seem to think about her smile the way she used turn her hair her eyes I just can't
