Is this worth a visit?

Hello! Iv had this mole on my shoulder for an about 4 years now. It has not grown any bigger. It used to be whole but now it has become textured like/ cracked the past few months. Slightly flaky around it that I dusted off before the photo, It is slightly raised and is itchy from time to time. No pain, burning or bleeding. Thank you
