Reclaiming fertility on TRT/ Telehealth HCG
I've been on between 100-120 mg/week cypionate for just over 3 years. Feel great at that dose with no desire to change. I'm In my late 30s. Of course in that 3 years I became a totally different human and met a great woman, alas.....My sperm count isn't zero but it's low and motility is zero. We've been very busy every ovulation the last 12 months with no luck. She went to an OB and is totally healthy and fertile from what they can tell. I tried to taper my dosage (got down to 50/week) and began clomiphene several months ago. approx 2 weeks in I had to discontinue due to horrible anxiety and just feeling moody and nuts. It took me a good 8 weeks to feel good again. It's a good thing men don't go through pregnancy, I was falling apart...hard.
I want to be a dad, and I'm willing to attempt this one last time, but I live in an area where fertility care is almost non existent and only focused on IVF. Getting into an endo or urologist is a months out process and I kind of already know the deal (stop trt. suffer. come back in 4-6 months). I want to try HCG with the option of hopping on HMG or FSH if it's deemed necessary, I'm willing to find the money if it comes to that. I need to find an online clinic or Telehealth that will prescribe HCG and possibly FSH. My current prescriber of testosterone will only use clomiphene and isn't comfortable with HCG. It appears marek, defy and trt nation will all prescribe hcg. Anyone using them? Anyone in a similar boat that has found adjunct meds to try to stay on trt or at least smooth the bumps coming off using Telehealth? Thanks in advance!!
