Jacob’s ladder

I just got a ladder piercing about 30 hours ago I was spraying it with saline like they told me and i realized it burns a little so i decided to look and saw on my middle bar above it is like 3 little holes as if my skin just tore open or like a mini hole punch was taken on just the top layer of skin. Idk if its normal because that bar specifically didn’t get pierced in one swift push like the others but i just wanted to get ahead of it if it somehow is like early signs it was wrong.
