Help me find my breast shape, now that I know my size?

OK, I measured myself and I am a 46H which definitely doesn’t seem correct as my mother wears that size and her breast are probably 10 times bigger than mine. I’m currently wearing a 46D in all of my bras. I have long breast with the nipples that point towards the floor. I don’t have any breast tissue on top. I believe that the term will be that they protrude they’re not shallow. I’m gonna try to put an image if it will let me. I’ve always really loved about that style on me because it helps my boobs sit up, but I didn’t know if y’all have any other recommendations. I plan on going bra shopping tomorrow in the US and I’m looking for some advice.
