Can you actually ask america related questions on this sub?

I scroll these subs twice a year maybe and have posted here twice and to askanamerican once. Immediately was banned from the other and have had both questions here pulled. Whats the point of the 2 subs? Im sure im about to get banned here too but I honestly dont get it. I scroll the posts that stayed up the past few days and theres basically no engagement and the questions are sewer water. "Why the big engagement rings", "why do you use credit cards", "is Jake Paul popular", "do teens really have to work". Its all garbage. No upvotes, barely any replies. Do **real** questions really offend the mods that much?

I just had a question about the lake name change get pulled because it "relates to trump". You realize hes your president, right? Like wtf? Not many reasons to post here outside of the question being america related and as your president, that makes almost every question related to him. I suppose this will get pulled too because ive now mentioned him, but seriously, whats the point of this sub?

Just makes this place seem butthurt over nothing. "How dare you ask us real questions" every other "aska[insertcountryhere]" sub actually allows legit questions about the country. What a joke.
