H3 Turbo Lora on Mac

What is the best way to run these 4 step turbo Lora on a Mac.
I tried comfyui but it does not support metal so it was really slow maybe I did not use the correct setup if so please help. Then I used h3c its great but it does not support loras. I also tryed vpipe but it was kind of broken for me.
What is your recommendation? At best i would like to stay in comfyui.
