Dating apps in small towns

A little history, I’ve used the dating apps on and off for like a decade at this point. My life used to be more nomadic, as time has gone on I’ve gotten more settled, in career/ getting a house, etc. After redownloading the apps (bumble, hinge tinder) after deleting them it’s been quite depressing. I don’t know if the algorithms have changed or maybe I’m just getting more boring and unattractive as age. I dunno if it’s like things have gotten prohibitively paywalled? I’ve never paid for them in the past but now it’s like almost no matches after 2 weeks. Kinda feel like I should just delete them.
