Can anyone suggest me a good moisturizer for my dry cc prone skin

I was recommended aquasoft cream a year back for my extreme dry skin with a lil flake issue im still using it however i recently noticed i have quite a few cc on my cheeks, i think this might have something to do with the weather etc and my skin becomes very dry during winters

these r the options im considering but more inclined to recos
