Preparing the bedroom

Was it ever confirmed that the bed in her bedroom was moved before or after the murders?

Was Patrick ever in her bedroom on the day of the murders, and does he know for sure that the bed hadn’t been moved by the time he was sent away to get the things?

If the bed had already been moved beforehand, wouldn’t that potentially be an indication of premeditation, that she had already moved it into position for what was about to happen?

The same goes for the crushed pills and the knife in her bedroom. Had she already placed/prepared those in the bedroom beforehand as well?
I’m just wondering whether there’s any evidence or testimony that establishes what the bedroom looked like before Patrick was sent away, and whether anything had already been prepared or moved by that point.
