Three mafia families run New York in the late 2062's. The Gambino, Lucchese, and Bonanno.  Each of these families once were strong, united, but now..... lets just say a falling out has divided the strong families. Each now cornering the market in their respective fuckery. All the families had their hands in the drug trade, some profiting more than the others. A time has come where the leaders of the oldest families will sit down and come to an understanding, or wage an all out war. The families are drifting from their original purpose, and the original rules. Those in this city forget what we truly stand for. Who we are, and it is time to remind the city what family means.
