What are the best ways to take advantage of upwards of 10k life recovery per second?

I want to create a build around pathfinder's master surgeon and a eternal flask with 100% more recovery when used on lowlife together with petrified blood and some life reservation.

Now with Tides of Time, the small pantheon and some passive nodes this setup can reach up to more than 10k life recovery per second with 100% uptime.

Now the question is how can I leverage this insane recovery in the best way for a build?

The obvious things for me are RF for either free more spell damage or more cast speed, free adrenaline from Annihilation's Approach or maybe some high uptime on bloodsoaked tinctures.

However even with these possibilities I was never able to theorycraft something endgame worthy, that deals actual damage
