Sorry but some of Dr Rosenberg’s advice was unhinged and possibly harmful.
Telling people to use a hydrogen peroxide solution for BV? FDA disclaimer or not, this is dangerous. She never says what strength or water to peroxide ratio to use. Too strong and you can literally chemically burn your tissue. Too dilute and you’ll just be delaying effective treatment. And she “guarantees” it’ll work. This is irresponsible coming from a physician. The American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology recommends only antibiotics as a first and second line of treatment for BV.
Steaming your vagina with herbs and lavender will tighten your vagina and make it smell better??!?! Even Jordana was like wtf? It’s pseudoscience at best, and can be disruptive to the microflora leading to BV and/or yeast infections at worst.
Using a tampon will make your vagina feel tighter? She sounds like a male gynecologist from the 50’s. What does that even mean? This was just shocking and now I’m a little worried for her patients.
