Recommendations

I’m looking for a recommendation on a new Skyrim mod list to play. Here’s what matters to me:
Obviously graphics are important. The prettier the game the better. Weirdly enough, I want to keep the yellow tundra grass around Whiterun. Every time I see green fields surrounding the city in a mod list, it pulls me out of it.
Combat overhauls would be nice. I’d like the option to play in first person and have it not feel like a 15 year old game.
No new quests. When I try a mod list that adds a bunch of quests, I can’t shake the feeling that I’m just playing a mod and not Skyrim.
So basically, I guess I’m looking for the best possible vanilla plus mod list
