I'm so confused...

So obviously I saw the ban. But if it's banned and now schedule 1, how are so many websites still selling it? Why can I order it to my doorstep if a cop can catch me walking down the road with it and arrest me?

And if I do order it, are cops gonna show up at my door? Or wait for me to open my mailbox and bust me?

Please just help me understand, can we still actually buy the stuff or would I be stupid to.
