OpenAI cant make us paying customers suffer because of a few knuckleheads, unless they'd like a lawsuit. You cant advertise something to be one way then rugpull your customers, not in America. Everything is documented.
Purchased a plan thinking the weekly usage was uncapped, and then it changes to a 5hr limit. No email or anything. This has to be illegal.
