Not very experienced driver - How to prevent accident?
Had this happen to me I was in car, attached picture of location in question. Thankfully no hit, nothing happen, but motor visibly swerve and I Had to hit brake. Yes I saw the motor, I knew it was there before I join road. I didn't expect motor to try and overtake me literally at the join.
When I initiated the join motor was behind so I took it as clear to join. Car halfway into main lane I see motor zoom past my right and intersect to where I was going to be, I hit brake, motorbike swerve to lane 2.
How? Is this considered failure to yield for me? Isnt motor behind have to avoid overtaking during such a scenario? Not the first time this has happened.
