Missing meme

Not sure if this is the correct place to ask, but I found a meme that I swear was the funniest thing i ever saw like a year or two ago, and i made a note on the video so i could find it again, but when i go to the youtube video, it is nowhere to be found.

The video was of a skeleton riding in a wheelchair exploding things, or something like that I don't remember it too well

The video was "Perfectly cut Screams 13" and the channel was ScreamCuts, Timestamp 5:07, Note was taken on December 18 2023

Any info on the video, or what happened would be appreciated.
